Get Christmas Photo Cards Cheap!

Personally, I’m going to wait until I lose another fifty pounds before I pose for something like
Christmas Photo Cards, although I suppose I could hide behind someone. Greg is pretty skinny to be hiding behind, though. Hopefully, next year, the pounds will be gone (I’ve lost 25 at this point) and we’ll be sending one out.

I always recommend VistaPrint to anyone who wants to order any sort of print job such as brochures, business cards, magnets–shoot, even t-shirts. A friend of mine saved a mint on her graduation announcements by using VistaPrint. I recommended it when she said that she couldn’t afford the ones that the university print shop was selling.

Last year, one of the Christmas presents I gave someone was from this company. What I did was make custom business cards using an uploaded image from a photo that she had taken in Mexico while working with kids who literally live in the dumps over there. Her (unpaid) work here is soliciting donations to take to Mexico. She told me later that the business cards I gave her were really effective in helping her to obtain more donations.

The thing I especially like about VistaPrint is that you don’t have to order minimums of things like car magnets and t-shirts. That way, if you have a business idea, and it doesn’t really pan out, you aren’t out a whole lot of promo money.

At any rate, if you’re planning on doing Christmas photo cards this year, it’s a great idea to get them this way. The price is definitely right.

  2. I got my cards at Rite Aid, so I probably paid too much! However, I got to pick the design and then have them print out right in front of me.
