Last summer, I was seriously thinking about getting my appraiser’s license. I haven’t done so because I can’t seem to decide where exactly it is where I want to live. At any rate, I’ve found another resource that offers
real estate sales training, appraisal training and much more. One of the trainings offered is a business planning course. For people without business experience, I think this would be very valuable. Without business knowledge, it really doesn’t matter what your qualifications are if you plan to be successful.
Although The Real Estate Training Center focuses on training, it offers a lot more. I like the freebies that they have. You can sign up for a free email newsletter that contains how-to articles relevant to the field. Also, you can get a free blog page on their site. From an SEO perspective, this is a nice way to further promote your business.
The Real Estate Training Center has some good articles right on the front page of their site as well. If you are a real estate professional or are considering becoming one, this is one of the best resources on the web that I’ve seen.
