The last time I moved, it was an awful experience. I rented a truck at the last minute, and got a couple of guys from the day labor place to help me. Besides just being generally incompetent, they broke my dryer and stole my son’s allowance from his drawer. Next time, things are going to be different. First of all, I’m going to be much more organized and not do things at the last minute. Also, I’m going to get some competent people to help me out. I’ll probably research
moving truck rental places, but most likely I’ll have a full-service move. That’s what I’d like, anyway. At MovingOrbit.com, you can get quotes for all sorts of scenarios, from full-service to DIY. There’s some good links for storage facilities too, although I don’t think I’ll be needing one. Anything that doesn’t fit in the house is getting sold!
