Now there is really no excuse whatsoever. The college campus in my town has opened up this huge fitness center, and it has an indoor track. Alumni memberships are available. So it could be 100 degrees in the summer and I could avoid the treadmill… Did I mention that it also has a lazy river? Now that’s incentive!
Now if I can just get up the motivation to join….
