You are just as self-critical as I am, so I can't judge. But we aren't seeing ourselves as others do. Go out and do some fun activities, if you feel like it. Life shouldn't be all work and parenting. Death is weird to adjust to; it's like the person is just gone on vacation, and will be back anytime. It doesn't seem at real at first. Your blog is hating me again. It takes a while for the reality of death to sink in; it just feels like the person is "on vacation" at first.
