I'm not sure if it's the stress of the profession or something else but it seems that we lose a lot of teachers each year. During the past 3 years I've lost 3 coworkers in the science department and we only have around 14 teachers. In a bit of 'graveyard morbid humor' I suggested last year that we start a pool to see who was going to leave us during the year. It's scary how fragile our lives are, isn't it? I am so sorry.
